Good value for money
Had storage here for a few months. When we moved in they they had a price match and they matched a nearby price. After a few months they decided to put the price up by 64%, stating that their terms and conditions stated that the price match was only for a limited time. I read the terms and conditions and could find no evidence of this and when asked to point me to the terms which they stated they avoided answering. I moved my stuff out.
I had to move house at very short notice and had no choice except to put my stuff in storage. I looked up storage places online and this one had good reviews. Spoke to Khamadi from customer services, who had everything sorted in a span of ten minutes! When I got to the storage unit I didnt expect much, but Maria proved me wrong. She was polite, efficient and went out of her way to help me out, although it was closing time (8pm). I couldnt find fault with anything even if I tried. Maria is a real asset to your company, I have to say this lady has a long way to go! I will never use another storage facility so long as I'm in London.
Old building with tiny lift. Limited parking, why go here when there are better options. I did not feel safe.
VERY LOVELY STAFF!!! Especially Chris!! Where do I even begin? He is very knowledgeable and explains how the whole experience works. Pleasant to talk to and he really understands the needs of a customer. Safestore should be proud to have this man working for them! I would definitely come back to the store again next time!!!
