DO NOT USE DOLPHIN MOVERS!!!!!! Almost 3 years and they havnt returned my TV 52" screen that the MOVERS decided to take for themselves and I stupidly enough trusted them... I wrote a very serious comment on Google and received a phone call FINALLY from DOLPHIN MOVERS saying PLEASE REMOVE THE COMMENT AND WE WILL SEND YOU A NEW SCREEN...I told them please send me first and then I'll remove but guess what they didn't even bother to contact me again. It was a brand new 52" led screen they returned only the part that holds to TV without the TV.. anyway UNLOYAL COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The positive reviews on this website are lies. The company uses labourers who took a 49" tv, stole some jewellery and lifted a leather bag. The TV was returned when we gave them the car reg for the vehicle we put it in but we hadn't noticed the rest and now they don't respond to calls.
My move was from North Cyprus to France. I was told the shipment would be travelling overland and would take about two weeks. ELEVEN WEEKS later it arrived in France having, for some unknown reason, gone through UK first. I was told the delay was due to new customs rules that came into effect on May 1st - three weeks before my goods were taken. Surely an international moving company would know of new rules when they are introduced?! I paid for packing in Cyprus, delivery, unpacking in France and removal of packing materials. The driver they contracted out to was told to just deliver goods and place boxes in the house so I am left with boxes etc to dispose of. On opening the boxes about 20% of my China and glass is broken - literally smashed into small pieces!!!! The packing was so poorly done and the boxes were of poor quality. The driver told me that when he picked up the goods they were stored poorly and looked like they had just been thrown around. I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them. Now awaiting some kind of compensation thoug doubt if I will get any!!!!!!!!!
Real family business, the office staff were professional and the relocation team and movers were fantastic. The price was fair. Highly recommend
