Very professional guys. Polite. Couldnt do enough for us on the day. Dismantled everything then reassembled the other end. Very reasonable price.
We moved from Alexandra Palace to Enfield last week. The two removal men were very professional. They arrived exactly at 8am and finished putting everything in the van 2 hours later. They waited patiently at our new house for a number of hours until we received the keys and unloaded everything in the right rooms. Would definitely use them again in future.
Removal men were amazing. Really hard working and deserve a lot of praise. Head office however....not so much. Removal men and lorry turn up having been given instructions to take away a bed and sofa. The job was in fact to pack entire house and move all contents. And they were late. These two factors combined meant new tenants were kept waiting for over an hour to move in while we waited for understaffed team to pack entire house. Unfortunately JA Steel made what is already a pretty intense time even more stressful.
