Amazing member of staff that went beyond the call I ordered a rabbit hutch ,I arrived to collect it today but the hutch included a run which was in two very large boxes, they would not fit into my car .The young lady not only helped me to carry them outside ,but realising they would not fit , and the company van being too small offered to deliver them to my ,home in her own car which turned out to be large enough to carry both boxes.I am sorry I did not catch your name young lady but you are not only a credit to Pets Corner, and whatever they pay you isn't enough ,You go not only the extra mile to help a customer ,but a lot more miles when it would have be simple enough to shrug your shoulders A big thank you for all your help today.
Sadly the website shows that the store at Crews hill has puppy hr on a Sat morn. After driving up from St Albans especially for it with a young puppy, I was told they no longer do it there. The website should be updated so it doesnt show that it is. A wasted trip and morning.

Started coming here when I switch my dog to the More food due to having a constant upset tummy with the other brand I was using. Staff are always friendly and helpful and Buster really enjoys the new Bic n Mix biscuits.
