My family love visiting Pets at Home. I can always get what I need for my dog. He enjoys all the attention and treats from the staff, who go above and beyond for their customers. Competitive prices and offers. My daughter likes visiting the small animals and looking at the fish
They are very friendly and helpful but a bit on the expensive side. I found other vets in the Borough cheaper and also as I'm on certain benefits can now go to PDSA.. It's a massive saving..
Went to buy a goldfish and equipment. The young lady called Ria who served me was extremely knowledgeable about fish care and I could tell she was really passionate about them being cared for properly. She definitely went above and beyond standard customer care. I was impressed!
Always found the staff at Pets at Home friendly and helpful, hence the rating. Not so much the security guards at Crown Road who get nil points. Earlier this summer I mistakenly left a bag in the store, I thought with my keys inside. I went back to the shops I had visited to find the bag, Pets at Home was the last one. They had just closed, but there were still customers inside. I knocked and a security guard appeared. I explained that I had left a bag inside, and could I come in to collect it. He said No and walked away. I was extremely concerned that my keys were inside and told him so. He ignored me. Fortunately I managed to find the keys. I rang the store the next day and a customer had handed in my bag which had been carefully stored in the staff room, for which I was very grateful. Thanks to the staff at Pets At Home in Enfield, and no thanks at all to the uninterested security guard.
