The new owners are definitely very friendly. They know what they are doing. They gave me lots of advise. They let me hold a baby Hermann tortoise the first time I went . I would definitely recommend

I really have mixed views about this shop. It is dark and if I'm honest, pretty dirty. Some of the enclosures look great and others look like they're never cleaned with droppings and old food. Some of the UV lights look so dull that they are surely not giving any UV to the reptiles below. But the people there are all very friendly and helpful and nice. The animals look to be in good health, all well fed with bright eyes and so on. We recently bought a bearded dragon from them, I was surprised that they asked nothing about the set up that I have to make sure that it was suitable. I was also told to feed my baby dragon every other day which was surprising given that everything else that I've read has said to feed a baby dragon two to three times a day. Their set ups for bearded dragons include a 3ft vivarium, but a 4ft is the minimum size for an adult beardie. They have a range of accessories but it is hard to tell exactly what they do have. They are happy for people to go and look with no intention to buy. It really is a friendly shop, it just needs some new light bulbs and a good clean.
