I only go for the soft play, which is great. My only issue is that good serving isn't consistent and seems to depend on which member of staff is working
The reason why I scored 1 star is becsuse last year I hosted a birthday party for my little girl who is autistic. I was told if I delivered items for the party the day before they would be safe. I was disappointed on the day to find items were stolen from boxes for the party .I did not make a complaint because I will not be coming back to a venue that got camera everywhere but their staff can't be trusted at the soft play centre
I have taken my child a few times to their softplay and they are great disappointment. Facilities are filthy. The floors are always very dirty and the equipment has never been wiped. The soft play equipment is worn all around the place. At the under 2 section the bridge net had a hole for 2 weeks which we reported twice. Staff said both times they knew about it "we told the manager". All soft balls are either damaged or disgusting. Most of the time there is no staff onsite. When staff are there they just play on their phones and do not seem interested.
I use the soft play and pool here. Learning Pool temperature is good and the amount of changing rooms and kickers is sufficient. However the floor is often very dirty to the point where it is impossible to walk around or shower without slippers. The adult pool is usually not very busy so great information quiet lane swimming. Soft play is fun for the kids and decently priced. There's a small baby area, able separate area for young toddlers and a bigger area for older toddlers and kids. There are slides, a ball pool and a few other social attractions which they kids love. The caf could be much better with some healthier snacks (it's all ribena and crisps).
Would greatly recommend this place. Very warm and nice swimming pool for kids. It gets a bit crowded on weekends and you might have to wait for the next session but its worth it.Clean changing facilities, lots of hair driers and a lovely cafe you can watch you child from.
