Good family gym
Been going to this gym for years. The best gym in North london without a doubt. The equipment is just what you need for proper bodybuilding. Nothing out of the ordinary just good old weights. The food there is spot on always and there's a fair bit to choose from. Can get all your supplements there too. Ken the owner Is one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet and will always be there for a chat or catch up. Will deffo be back there when I've finished my travels.
Great gym!
Not many great old school gyms left given the shift to 24 hour establishments. This place has character and a lively atmosphere, not to mention a sauna too. Its brilliant for the hardcore lifters, casual gym goers, and cardio freaks.
