Dreadful service, previous long term member, left due to club hygiene levels and poor unmaintained equipment. Was told I would receive a call on the day by the receptionist regarding the 1 day free pass two weeks ago (to see if things have improved) but obviously their customer service and sales teams are as poor as their equipment and hygiene levels. Thanks for getting back me me! NOT.
Membership runs from first day of the month therefore if you sign on the second day you are in effect signed up for an extra month. I fell foul of the 3 month offer fine print. I joined on the 2nd, member for 4 months. Had to pay its in the small print.Pool is freezing, fully paid for my toddlers swimming lessons but stopped half way through as we were only able to stay in the pool no more than 20 minutes, some of us complained but no change made unfortunately.
Good health is far too expensive here. Due to high prices, being healthy& fit is inaccesable for many people, especially those who might need it the most.
Overall really nice. Been to a few of their other branches which are more spacious and luxurious.
Great leisure centre with high standards. Very welcoming and helpful. Great activities to join included in your package. Will recommend.
