I've trained there for years & it is the friendliest place in town. If you want to do one more than you should on the squat, then there is always someone to spot.

Simply the best gym in enfield. Any equipment you want they have it. Food is great. Free car parking. 24 hours open excluding sat sun. This is the gym for YOU !!!
