Made 3 appointments in a year all to do with the same problem, keep getting a different doctor that says something different and says the other doctor is wrong. So basically none of them have a clue what they are talking about.
My family and I have left this surgery due to the only good doctor( the lady doctor )here was leaving which was doctor Foong . The male Dr Chang is quite rude and arrogant and has made a few mistakes with myself. They have new doctors here which were quite bad from my previous surgery. The waiting times here are always ridiculous one time I waited for 4 hrs! They do give you as much time as you need which is good but it's a shame the lady doctor is no longer there.The reception staff are really good and friendly.
The wait in the doctors is horific, i have ben made to wait 2 hours after my appointment time. i have gone home due to real life duties, i have booked an appointment for a reason. When you finnaly see the doctor, feel like he beats around the bush and sits there drinking his tea.
Not going to recommend this Gp to anyone.You have to wait more then 2 hours to see Dr even if you have an appointment this peoples who ever saying is good Gp they have a lot of patience to wait for Dr to see them .Its not organised Gp at all and the rude receptionist on top of everything you have to force them to speak and explain things for you.the worse ever experience I had with Gp
Very attentive doctors always willing to help when you really need them. Not the usual 3 minutes in and out you get at most surgeries. Flexible hours and walk in surgeries are a huge plus
