Not truthful on the service they provide. High charges for a service would be expected from this dealership. Would avoid and find a better place to have your car serviced. Not returning to this dealership.
I went the other day to purchase the SUV Renault Kadjar. I was approached by Mr Harry Donaldson. He was very friendly and enthusiastic and he persuaded me with this sales skills to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. He was very fast and effective. I will definitely recommend Mr Harry if you are thinking to purchase a used vehicle.
Awkward one this. On the one hand they diagnosed the fault on our Renault Clio, on the other the service reception did not initially want to carry out diagnostics, they only wanted to check the battery and charging circuit. Even though we had already had them checked by the AA, who passed them satisfactory. We had to insist, and they did accept, they carry out the computer based diagnostics we had booked the car in for. They then charge 99 for whatever investigation/diagnostics work they do, and this cost is not taken into consideration if they then undertake any remedial work!Would I recommend them? No, only as a last resort if you find you cannot get the work done by a non-renault dealer.
Wanted to mark zero stars!!!!Be careful. I contacted this centre for the 399 cambelt service, this price doesn't include the waterpump, which many other Renault centres recommend to change at the same time. On contacting this centre to discuss the matter, no one would contact back to attempt reaching an agreeable solution. When reported to Renault UK HQ, they came back advising a difficulty in contacting the centre, even though Enfield is owned by Renault Retail.
I am not sure if customer service training at Renaults flagship centre includes being 'off hand' with the customer but they really shone in this regard with my recent repair. I felt like my custom was not valued and not being a mechanic I was really disappointed to be treated this way, and on more than one occasion. The expensive job was done on my vehicle and I have no complaint there but other than that I would find it hard to recommend this centre to a friend unless you are prepared for the 50/50 chance of the staff having an 'off' day for no apparent reason. It does make for a particularly poor experience and difficulty in understanding what's wrong with your vehicle before agreeing to part with your hard earned money. Wishing you a better experience than I have had.....
