Never sell your car too them. If you car has one scratch they charge 300 horrible company. And it takes more than 10 days to get your money. And if think say Im lying let them call me I will proof it . Please dont every self your car too them
Awful service from start to finish. Booked my appointment and after receiving an email confirmation, I received 7 calls from them to double-confirm that I was attending. Online quote reduced by 50% due to not providing accurate information! When challenged as the information was accurate, they tried to lecture us on how cars are sold in the UK to try and get away with it. A patronising approach and as if we never bought the car we were selling. We also noticed that staff members ask customer to provide very positive customer service or non at all with the following comment " you will receive a customer survey text, if not an 9 or 8, just don't bother". It doesn't end there, we had to chase them for payment! Not sure if it was this particular branch or if this is the level of customer service provided nationwide, but not recommended.
