What an amazing service I received from this company. I had had an accident in my car and needed help. A lovely receptionist Emma gave me a warm welcome and a cup of tea. She reassured me that everything would be well. They said the repairs would take two days. they loaned me a car and called me to let me know when is was ready. The company from the outset was extremely professional and went above and beyond my requirements in completing the transaction. It was an online purchase so, on a personal level, slightly worrying as you can never be too sure..However, Matt Evans was absolutely brilliant in alleviating any worries and the service I received was second to none. Communication was excellent. He ensured I was totally informed with every meticulous detail. Nothing was too much trouble, Im quite pedantic, I was calling everyday for an update and Matt was always happy to accommodate and he was extremely helpful and has such a friendly manner which gave me confidence that I was buying from the right company. He fulfilled all my requirements including a 2 year extended warranty. The car was even delivered to my home address, a four hour journey from the showroom! I am so overjoyed with my purchase.
