Terrible service, no advance warning about when the car was going to be picked up. Then they failed to deliver the car back even though I had paid for the service so I ended up having to get a taxi to pick my car up. When I finally got to the garage they didnt know where they had parked my car and I had to walk around looking for it with the receptionist. The prices are reflective of the service you get. From the beginning of the booking you will receive poor communication from this garage. In addition, they booked me into a service which was agreed 2 weeks in advance and cancelled 15 minutes before the booking time. I do not recommend this service.
Very poor customers services. Didnt pick car up as promise didnt event let me know about it. Settled next day to drop it at garage before time and again failed as nobody there.
These guys are not expensive, not cheap and always busy. It says a lot about a garage when I've only been there twice, but they remember me ask how I am etc. They're honest and fair and I recommend them to everyone. Very friendly family business.
After a few minor "hiccups" with booking my car in to garage, i had my cam belt and waterpump changed. From the time of my enquiry to the collection of my car i was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. Would i use Queensway Autos again?......most definitely. The receptionist was very friendly and, for the inconvenience caused initially, i was offered a free service. Not many garages would have done that. The price was very reasonable and the overall service i received was much welcomed by myself. The fact that they will pick up you car from your work address and drop it of is very much an added bonus. Thanks again Queensway autos. i look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
