Completely useless. Accepted my booking with a 1pm drop off. When I arrived, was told I may not be able to collect same day. Left with them anyway, 20 minutes later I get a call to inform me a standard part of my service (engine oil) would cost an addition 110.Get you in the door, then increase the price when you have few other options. Total cowboys

Best ever experience i ever had. Very professional and friendly people. Especially Alex from reception. He took time to explain to me all repairs that i have to do on the car, the costs and when will be finished. When i paid, i received a call from them and i paid easy iver the phone without being necessary to go to them. When i collected the car, MOT and receipt and everything was as it should be. Also they offer a great payment plan. My repairs was costly, but with payment plan offer by them is easier to manage. Also same friendly guy Alex from reception done everything for me. When i collected my car was even earlier than time we discussed over the phone. Amazing services and is my only place where i will go with my car when i need.
I had a free MOT and was worried they would be trying to find work to charge for. I neednt have worried. The guy in reception was friendly and chatty. MOT was carried out on time and while I watched. No additional charges just friendly service. Spoke to 2 other customers who also said they had had work done here and were always happy with the service.
Extremely rood there manger Alex was so rood to me they just want to charge for everything I also heard him saying bug off to a customer on the phone to another customer and then he never picked calls up while I was waiting to pay. This person have no customer service experience plus he definitely don't know how to treat people I cancel to take my car for servicing which I booked next weak
