Arranged an mot at short notice and they fitted me in, the car passed and advisories fully explained. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I'll be back at the end of the year for my annual service and to get the mot advisories sorted.
Just wanted to share my lovely experience today at chase side motors. After damaging my car this morning, I took it in and it was looked at straight away. Unfortunately after a through check it wasnt worth fixing and has to be written off. However, i just want to thank Nikki for making a bad day a little better, by being so kind and taking the time to find the cheapest way to fix it if I wanted. But also for advising me on where to get it scrapped and even offering to sort it out for me. I wasnt charged anything despite the time spent looking at it. I felt the customer service was top notch, honest and trustworthy.
Great guys and very accommodating...... I was a bit short on the cash they said don't worry pay when you can. Awesome guys
Used this garage a few times until I got a new car three years ago. First MOT and once again, I can never get over how pleasant these guys are. In days where customer service and just "being nice" is from a bygone era, they buck the trend. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
