We've rented out properties with Whitehouse for over 10 years, and have always found them to be very much on the ball, and more importantly realistic.A lot of agents in the area will try and convince you that you can get sky-high rental income, presumably to justify their substantial fees. The net result is often that properties lie dormant for months on end whilst you wait for someone to bite.The longest period a property has been empty with Whitehouse has been 3 weeks, and that in itself was a rarity, with new tenants usually following on seamlessly from the last ones. I would recommend them to any potential landlord.
