Baker & Chase are a level above every other estate agent I have dealt with. It was quite refreshing to work with them and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone! Jason is extremely professional and pro-active. I needed a flat that allowed pets, and he really checked into this before viewings. One day he called me and said he had taken on a flat that was perfect for me, although he didn't have any pictures to show at that time, I went along to the viewing and sure enough it was the flat that I purchased. He really listens to his clients and makes sure that he is offering them properties that are right for their requirements. Over a few months, I saw four flats with Jason and offered on three. Baker & Chase take on quality properties and do not waste your time showing you properties that they know are not suitable for your requirements. They have a refined, 'less is more' approach, which is hugely appreciated. Jason was always polite, friendly, helpful, objective and never pushy. I was introduced to Stewart when the sale process was happening and he too was exceptionally professional and did everything he could to keep the process moving forward as quick as possible. Stewart always kept me updated on what is happening, so communication was swift and clear from the start to the finish of the sale. He was so fast at replying, even to the smallest request and nothing was ever a problem. I can not recommend Baker & Chase enough, they are a breath of fresh air!!!
Just wanted to drop a line about the great service from Stewart and Jason at Chase and Baker. From the moment we decided to work with them in selling our house, I cannot fault the level of service we received. It sounds a cliche, but they really were there for us every step of the way. When things became a bit wobbly, Stewart re-assured us. Stewart and Jason were always there to explain issues and process related to the sale. You really do get a feeling that they care about you achieving the best price and smooth sale of your house. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to engage with a professional, efficient and trustworthy estate agency.
