Rooms are very nice, bed is soft and nice to sleep in and the staff are extremely friendly. Definitely worth staying here.
I was expecting a better Premier Inn experience. We were put on the ground floor and the footsteps and floor creaking from the 1st floor was so annoying. Of course I complained but moving to the third floor meant 2 floors away from my children. Definitely not a 'good night sleep'.So eventually the staff member came to replace the blood stained duvet after being reminded the second time. Shame he couldn't be bothered to take away the stained duvet; 'the cleaners will take it in the morning' he said.Breakfast was good but I don't think I'll be coming here again...
Good value and comfy beds and welcoming staff.. beware you now have to pay for parking! 5 a day for guests
I've stayed in better premier Inns.Some of the rooms haven't been refurbished yet so it's a Russian roulette on check in whether you get a nice or a crappy room. No air conditioning. The restaurant is poor quality and slow service. Breakfast is always missing pastries when I go. Positives are it's in a quiet but convenient location just off the M25, and there's plenty of free parking.
Stayed for a four night return visit to this Premier Inn and couldn't have been more happy. The staff are excellent, especially Kim and Zahra who work at the reception desk and were really helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms warm and comfortable. Nice restaurant, on site, where the food is good and again the staff friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another return visit later in the month.
