The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rates are amongst the lowest in the area despite having a fleet of what most other firms would class as premium vehicles.Will definitely rent from Thrifty in the future.

very bad service and very very very very Rude unhelpful people went there to pic up my rental car as its been booked and paid almost a week before pic up day then hey said we don't have any cars available today!!!and the manager said i forgot to call you!!!! the stuff was very Rude, unhelpful, especially the manager, they even ignored me the time i was there they even didn't talked to me and never helped then they asked me to leave because i was upset i had to come all the way from St albans will never recommend it to any please go to enter price is the best

Absolutely amazing experience with thrifty. Upgraded to a better car, great customer service, great price, hassle-fee extension of the vehicle when i decided i needed it for another week.
