The worst company won't ever use it again! Horrible service! I have booked a van for the weekend to move house. Went to pick it up, then the guy said he has to do an address check( I don't know why when the deposit was 2000) then he told me he won't be able to give me the van, because there is something wrong with my old address. No idea what was wrong as all my bills are paid on time.I have asked for a refund asap so I can hire another van,as this was prepaid. Then I got told I'll have to wait 2 weeks!! to get my money back, so Im left without a van on friday afternoon with two little children! I wasn't able to move and I still had to pay 100 each for the 2 helpers I have called! In the office I got threated like a homeless, they asked me if im paying my bills, then if I have complain I can go and make a complaint to the goverment about my address! This is the most unprofessional and unfriendly service I have experienced in my life!
Staff are great....dealt with booking very quickly and with minimum fuss. Vehicle clean and as described. My only gripe is why not include all extras in the hire price, e.g. damage waiver, roadside assistance etc? Not a fault of this branch to be fair, and as I say, staff pleasant, friendly and efficient.
I hire a van from They! Someone from there, ( when he give me the Van ) he told me to check everything, but he show me the wheels, doors and the digital screen from inside the Van! All good, until the next, when I bring the Van back, they show me a part from the back door, the Van was accidentally, and I didn't do it! Every time I was so gently with the Van and I use the sensors from the car when I park or, and then I realised, the man who show me the car with one day before, he don't show me the back door, and he knows that! They are all idiot's, they just want to take money
