Awful service . Completely incompetent receptionists. My dog was brought in as an emergency and we informed the vet what the situation was . Only for him to X-ray & to hold my dog in for 5hours AND return him back with his chicken bone in his throat ! (As he did not have the equipment & a vet bill to my parents for the bones still in his throat !) Not our usual vet but we them as a last resort ..would not reccomend. Staff seem very inexperienced and have little care for the welfare of the pet . Money grabbing scheme .
Dangerous , incompetent vet (young male )misdiagnosing desperately ill pets , to their detriment. Most of the staff are volunteers or unpaid students , so they're learning on the job and disinterested and unhelpful. Sad state of affairs , animals deserve better.
Staff is very kind and gentle. They saw my dog within a few hours after my call. Staff very prepared.
Took my pet to enfield happy vet after being recommended by a friend and needed a second opinion from a misdiagnosis from previous vet. Team were friendly and the vet was honest and managed my nervous dog well. Good prices and caring staff. Definitely recommend
Being going to this vets for a while now. Very nice people and good vet. Not too expensive either
