I pour a lot of money into this shop,When they first built this asda i had a high hopes but I think it would have been better if it was still a Aldi store . you have to look high and low for a basket.. then when you get you shopping their are no bags and the self checkout always has problems as you know, but here most of the time nobody is around fix it it ,can take up too 10 min to get somebody, I was thinking maybe I pretend to steal the food that way somebody might help,staff here a little on the sloppy side some are like mannequins with a ASDA badge,be warned staff here are unfriendly unhelpful which makes the whole experience so negative which is such a shame .. yes get your shopping here but dont expect any customer service from this store and expect to have your patience tested .
I've always wondered why they have 3 cashier tills but only ever 1 person serving if you're lucky, even when there are long queues. A lot of people don't seem to like using the self service tills, so why have one person free to help with those, when that person can be serving at a till!Staff are ok, but 1 or 2 could do with a refresher course on customer service.

Handy, does not have a lot as it's a small store however it should have what you need,opens 8am closes 10pm Monday to Saturday, 11-5 on a sunday
