I bought 2 times here, very good staff!
Really lovely shoes, great staff in the shops but very odd head office. I spoke to the head office on behalf of my slightly deaf 81 year old mother. After offering to send vans to collect imperfect shoes and also deliver replacement ones to her home as she has a lot of difficulty getting about, they then rang her a few days later to tell her the shoes were waiting at her local store. When I rang Head Office to query the goal posts changing and double check that the van wouldn't after all be coming to collect and that she should also take in the unwanted shoes then, I was told that as the time before we had collected shoes from the Enfield store they had been sent there again! I don't live near my mother and she gets very anxious about everything. She managed to arrange to get herself into town without me but I thought the whole approach by the Hotter head office was very odd!
Love this store - I always manage to find something I want. Very comfortable shoes and they do have some styles which are still alright for young people! If you care about your feet, this is the place to go ;)
