Always lovely staff, take the time to get to know their customers and Thankyou so much for noticing the postcode was wrong. Could of cost us a holiday and unnecessary money!!
I've been using this post office since 1973 and never had any problems, recently though I seem to be getting a bad attitude from one of the members of staff. This is the third occasion so I will not be using this post office again.. I'm not sure if this person is like it with everyone or just me.i ended up taking my custom to another post office where I was met with a smile and a chat and great service
Dreadful. Arrived at 17.23 and the signed said closed, despite it clearly being stated on the door that closing time is 5.30pm. The person working had in fact left the shop (?) and when walking back into the Post Office, I asked if I could simply collect my parcel, to which she blatantly lied and said, 'No we're closed, it's 5.35pm.' It was 17.24 and all I wanted was to pick something up. Several other people had also tried with no success. Awful and rude.
Very good local postoffice, sells drinks, confectionary and greetings cards alongside all things postal..sometimes very busy with long queues but normally you dont wait long.
