This is a beautiful place steeped in history, there's a very large park with forests and a lake with ducks its a great place to bring young children, to ride bikes, or just have a walk, there's bridal paths running through the woods, and streams too it's a peaceful place, definitely recommend a visit if you've never been.

A beautiful place to go with friends, both two legged and four legged. Beautiful walks, gardens and a working farm that is open to the public. Definitely worth a visit.
Lovely place for a walk! Took our rescue dog there, people respected that he needed space from other dogs and called their dogs away. Lots of trails to choose from and free parking.
Superb green area full of beautiful flowers and trees providing a secluded, safe and peaceful tracks. There are so many beautiful spots to be explored. It is great walking, cycling lanes. There are some ponds and areas for fishing. Also a lot of history and folk history - apparently ghosts haunting some parts of the place! :-)
