This is the cinema of my childhood and till current. You know what you're getting. Don't expect some very fancy cinema here. You know, the services are all great though. Toilets typically very clean. The seats and floor in the screen rooms are usually cleaned to a decent standard before viewing.
The ticket machines were not working and the staff were too slow and not experienced to deal effectively with the amount of work. As a result we lost half an hour of our film. Very disappointed.
They changed the rooms. They are now seats without holes. The snacks are more pricey but the atmosphere is good. I asked for sweet pop corn and got salt, which made me super thirsty. The sound in screen 14 was only coming from the screen. I had to leave the theater to go get someone and missed 2 3 minutes of the movie.
Even though the cinema has been renewed top to bottom, the service is still the same. Slow and it just makes everyone wonder why theres so many tills if they arent going to be used. I recommend you arrive way earlier than your movies set time if you want to visit concessions.
Recently visited Cineworld Enfield and loved the interior, the lights and the decor. It smelt so good and clean everywhere. Would love to go there again to watch more movies.
