Food was 40 minutes late for delivery & the restaurant is only 5 minutes away from our house.On 'just eat' it said our food was delivered but it wasn't - not sure if this is something the restaurant does to make the delivery time look good or not.When the food arrived late the delivery driver gave us a free can of drink as a sorry.When we opened the food it was stone cold, we called to complain and we was offered 20% off of our next order but to be honest we wouldn't order from there again. It ended in the phone being put down on us and the food being collected back.'Just Eat' are giving our money back.
After ordering from these loads over the last couple of years. We are now ordering from another. The last 2 times we ordered from them the delivery time was ridiculous and they forgot items from our order and said they would give us a credit note but then denied it when we called back! Management is dreadful and the person on the phone is so rude. We always spend around 47 on an order twice a month and they still charge us for peawn crackers! Rip off
Food tastes really good. Orders come very quickly and are always exactly how you wanted it. The staff are very polite and friendly. Definitely my favourite chinese takeaway and the best I've come across so far.
Highly recommended! If you're a frequent customer then they will recognise your address from the number you call. You don't need to constantly remind them of your address. They're also very quick to deliver to your home. Fresh, tasty and quick delivery! They have made mistakes with my orders in the past, but that's to be expected on the rare occasion.
