Another great job replacing a zip on my trousers, thank you
The item of clothing i gave them was returned damaged & when confronted they were extremely rude making me feel very uncomfortable & also in denial of what they had done. I agree with all of the other customer reviews, never go there lol! Also after reading their responses to said reviews, i can see their customer service is something to be desired.Very unprofessional job, certainly not going back.
I went to give in trouser for repair and asked the old man who is the owner if a hole could be patched He said yes I then asked would he use the same colour patch as the trousers and he went completely crazy He started shouting out We don't do a rubbish job and hurry up in front of other customers I had my 1 year old son with me who started crying I said please calm down and then he started swearing at me and picked up a hot iron and said that he would repair my face with the iron if I did not leave now I was scared so I picked up my son and left immediately I reported the incident to the Police service because I felt extremely scared and intimidated The old chap who owns the business and threatened me with the iron is called Charalambos He has a grey goatee beard and grey hair with glasses Avoid him because he is extremely violent and agressive
Excellent service and an extremely talented seamstress who worked very hard to make significant alterations to my wedding dress and 2 bridesmaid dresses for a very reasonable price. The alterations were very complex due to the fabric and shape of the dresses but she managed to do a great job in time for the wedding.
Quality alterations every time. Enfield dry cleaners always clean my cloths to a really high standard too. The lady there is a highly skilled seamstress and never fails to get the job done. Would definitely recommend this place.
