I had to wait 2 hours to get my hair cut, when there were free stations. When I did get my hair cut, my neck was scratched with the scissors, my hair was pulled, and I left with a disappointing hairstyle. But the ladies working there were kind.
Lovely salon. The girls are all lovely. Make you feel welcome and at ease. They also listen to what you want unlike some salons that think it's acceptable to cut off 4 inches when you ask for 2
Prefect service, staff are very friendly and helpful. On a recent appointment Amanda suggested a hair product for my curly hair (no pressure to buy it from the salon, not even sure if it is a product they sell). My hair looks amazing. Thank you. I have highlights. On my 1st visit (many years ago) to the salon I wasnt sure of what colour to choose but with suggestion from the staff the colour is prefect, always checking on following appointments if I was happy with the colour. I even bring my 7 year old daughter to salon to get her hair cut. She is made to feel so comfortable and at ease that it is an easy visit. Thanks Abbies Hair. Wont be going anywhere else.
