Really pleased with A1 Furniture. I bought a desk, chair and filing cabinet for my new office. The quality is second to none. Their customer services was very helpful too when I had to change the delivery date at the last minute.
Website shows nice traditional furniture, but please be aware that if you request any changes you are not likely to get them done as you request. Any damages to the furniture will only be repaired by the furniture being re-collected patched up and re-delivered. This is even the case for split wood where the maker has been unable to screw in the handle screw without splitting the wood on the whole side of a door. Also, do not expect to be notified when delivery will be, even if you are lucky to get a date you might find a transporter calling you 3 weeks before to deliver your furniture by 6am the following morning. Also, be prepared for lots of cleaning the furniture arrives in a workshop load of sawdust. For the price you pay for this furniture I would recommend a trip to Laura Ashley instead, nice clean furniture for half the price with faultless delivery arrangements.
