We recently, very sadly, lost our infant daughter and Natalie and her colleagues couldn't have been kinder. They waived their own fees, because of the age of our daughter, and arranged for a beautiful service with lovely flowers. They were sensitive, organised and made sure that everything was as we wanted it to be. If you are facing the terrible sadness of a bereavement you'll want to be dealing with people like these.
