Great store, reasonable prices. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Its definately improved in the last couple of months. The staff need a pay rise :-)

I love this shop, good value for money and great range of products. Its very convenient as you can shop for your household needs including furniture and decorations, crafting products, toys, party essentials, pet supplies and even gardening products. The only downside I have experienced here is the cashier line. Generally one or two people serving and a long queue of customers, god forbids one wants to return an item!!Overall worth the visit.

The store was dirty inside and outside. The staff ignored me. It was disheveled. Large amounts of the stock was damaged. There was little or no lighting in the craft section. The cafe was closed at 4:00. Toilets were dirty. Most of stock not priced. And the piece de resistance when we asked the cashier to speak to a manager he replied he didn't know who the manager was. I was very disappointed as I was excited to visit the store based on YouTube videos and a recommendation of the Bristol store which is pretty decent from what I understand. I'm not sure at this point if I will ever visit this business again certainly not the Enfield location. I also plan to contact the corporate offices. Don't waste your time going to this place.

I was a very big place with lots of lovely things especially for the home. I didn't get what I wanted and I asked 2 members of staff for the same item and they pointed to where I should find it which I didn't. Not sure if it was out of stock. The tills had long queues which didn't encourage me to shop for other things despite the fact that there were a couple of staff on ground chatting to each other. It could have been a better experience. I hope to visit again.

The most horrid shopping experience. More than half the stock in this store have no prices on display. It's probably the only shop I've seen that has no prices anywhere. Second of all I want to buy Xmas baubles and at this time of year found none. Shocking. Thirdly the manager named Jane was the rudest person I've ever come across. I asked for the prices of 2 toys and she replied "that's not toys, it's Xmas ornaments". She then went off to get the prices but had given me the wrong prices as when I went to the tills I found out the actual prices. Shocking Horrendous messy shop. Disgusting
