Nice environment, large selection of stock from clothing to electronics. Has a feel of good old fashioned department store about it. There is a restaurant on the top floor with a child play area. The food is also of a very good standard.
Lots of great brands, especially make-up brands. I can now shop locally when I'm looking for Mac, Bobbi Brown and Benefit, which is so convenient. They have great sales throughout the year. Also, the restaurant on the top floor has a really useful kids' play area
Best cafe for bringing a pram and small baby. Plenty if room and helpful staff who will bring your tray to your table for you if needed. Toddler play area is great which allows you to have a cuppa and a chat while toddler plays. Good cakes and nice food if a bit pricey. Lift is slow and tiny on the one occasion it was broken, helpful staff took us up and down in the goods lift.
Love Pearson's . It started with lunch all very fresh and tasty. I bought bedding. The service was friendly and helpful. The whole store looked bright and cheerful. We need to protect stores like this. They are treasures.
Nice local department store. It's always a pleasure to shop here.A very good selection, including high-end stuff. My first port of call, even before Brent Cross, when looking for something.I just wish they'd improve the signposting of the escalators, which I always find confusing.
