A poor and disappointing welcome. We had come to have a pre-booked assessment. We were twenty minutes early and my son had about two mouthfuls left of a roll to finish eating. We are not local and no cafs were open to sit in. We just needed to sit down as we'd been walking for some time. Amin's greeting was 'Hello' followed by telling my son 'there was no eating here'. I said 'He's just finishing and we need to sit down. None of the cafs are open'. That was greeted by silence. We left and didn't go back. Really not impressed; I wouldn't recommend Busy Minds to anyone.
