The tall black security guy is incredible rude. No greeting, or farewell, just harassing the customer. The worst customer service in the retail.
Good selection, good discounts, poor customer service
Customer service is poor. Not friendly at all. Hard to get help. Cloths merchandised at unreachable heights! Lots of choices but they are all far away! Staff are very robotic and lack in passion.
Rude and arrogant security staff. SD really should use security gates like most of the other retailers, not harassing your customers. Worst customers service ever.
Usually busy , difficult to find staff when you want to try footwear, however generally when you find someone, they are helpful. Some of the cashier's are more worried about their make up than customer service!! But that's just certain individuals I suppose!!! Ideal for quick shop for holiday bits etc..Glad we got one in Enfield.
